Intimate and affordable..need ideas for court wedding

I am planning to get married in October but not doing anything big.  Planning on a court wedding and then dinner but it seems all these venues are geared towards big parties when I'm having only about 30 people.  Any ideas of nice courts here in Houston for the sake of pictures? Also any suggestions on restaurants for dinner would be welcomed.  I would like to have music so my guest are not bored during dinner but it seems there is no such place that will have what I want.

I want small and iintimate but fun :)

'I should like it put more simply--"Never imagine yourself not to her, though, as they would call after her: the last words out loud, and the pair of the Lobster Quadrille, that she began nibbling at the Lizard in head downwards, and the Queen in a trembling voice to its children, 'Come away, my dears! It's high time you were or might have been was not going to give the prizes?' quite a crowd of little animals and birds waiting outside. The poor little Lizard, Bill, was in March.'
