NWR: laptop trouble

That happened to my Dell. First it stopped charging so it always had to be plugged in, then from trying to make sure it was always plugged in something came loose and it just doesn't work anymore. Well it will turn on if we hold the computer half way upside down while standing on one leg singing the alphabet. So we just don't use it anymore lol.

Dells are notorious for that. I'd get someone in the store at least once a week with a problem Dell. It's the port where the charger plugs into. It is designed to fail and gets looser and looser as you plug and unplug your charger. We'd have to refer customers to computer repair shops.
