The Knot Order Placed

Hello all,

I ordered custom napkins a month ago from here and I have yet to receive anything.  I have emailed once or twice to see what is going on and no one is responding.  Does anyone have any advise on this?  I dont' know how to reach anyone to get this resolved.  Not sure if I need to order from somewhere else or not.

    It's a common problem. Call the number like Stage suggested.

     I ordered on 02/27, my stuff finally showed up today...
     I called about 2 weeks ago, and they said they got tons of orders when they dropped the     prices for the napkins. Apparently that's the hold up...
