Cylinder Vase Centerpieces

I'm making our own centerpieces for the reception and am having them look like this:


My reception site already has the cylinder vases, and crystal beads, so I just need to buy the flowers and floating candles. I plan on buying the flowers from Hobby Lobby but need to know if wax or just regular fake flowers would be best?

Also, where I can get floating candles the cheapest? I'm looking on ebay and amazon, but am not sure what a good price is. 

Any advice or other suggestions?

    From the reviews I've seen online and the prices I've seen in stores, I'm getting my floating candles from IKEA. It definitely looks like the best price, and I'm going to try an extra one out to see how long it lasts before the reception.

    Ooooo I never even thought to check Ikea! Thanks. I'd definitely try one before using them at my reception as well.
