Hi! I'm new to this board, but came here looking for something to keep me accountable - and it looks like I found it! I'm less than 6 months out (eek!) so am really trying to get with it. My goal for the wedding is this: to look f***ing awesome. Whatever number that translates to on the scale, so be it - though I figure that's going to be about 10 pounds from where I currently am. I lost 6 pounds in January/February just from being stressed and too busy to eat! I've always done strength training with my cardio (I'm a very intermittent exerciser), but am going to really focus on cardio over the next few months, and just keeping myself accountable for what I eat.
