Yes it is. I guess my user name is too long. Maybe it's time to beg TK gods for a new one!

I dont understand why questions are "answered" on the other page. Isn't that redundant when you get an alert or see that someone has answered it?

I think that it is a type of post and you can pick the best answer maybe? I don't know I saw some as answered and some as answered with a checkmark.

I hope they are reading it!

There is a weird light grey line that goes down the center of everyone's names. what's up with that?

Here's the thing- they are cracking down on personal attacks but they have added new ways to attack people. By rejecting answers, you can see how people votes on polls, creating a popularity contest with points and badges. It's pretty ridiculous.

Also since this is CC as the mod I can see everyone's IP address. This isn't safe. A psycho tech savy person can find out your address and name through it.

I could see the point being so that you could see if AEs are stemming from the same address?
But if someone hacked your account, or if we have some mods that are AEs like Flany.... that could be a security issue. I work from home, that wouldn't be favorable.

It's the super anonymous catty version of high school

The answer thing feels like Yahoo Answers. Plus it pulls the post out of order. That is confusing.

That is confusing, I didn't realize it until you said it.

My beaker siggy on here is amusing the heck out of me. Everytime I post constructive feedback, he looks like he's responding to it.

Well you were talking to yourself for awhile. I intended to respond more to you earlier, but I had a ton of students come in for tutoring today which sucked up my free time.

I was. You should visit me on the NH board. i talk to myself all the time. People post their question and never come back...or come back 8 days later. It's super...awesome.
